And That’s Game

The Senior and Junior Boys Rugby teams are getting into action starting Monday May 9th! Both games take place here at Sacred with the Junior Boys starting at 3:30pm against Cairine Wilson and the Seniors at 4:45pm against St. Pius. Both teams have been practicing with Mr. Doherty for the past few weeks and have had a few preliminary exhibition games already so they are all geared up and ready to start the season off strong.

The Huskies girls touch football team started off their season with a tough 12-7 loss to Paul D but home to turn their season around starting May 10th. The Huskies face off against local rivals South Carleton at home on the fields at 2:30 on Tuesday and against Bell on May 12th at 4:00. Stick around and come out to support the girls!

After starting their season off by winning the Spring Thaw Tournament, the Huskies Lacrosse team went on to be undefeated in their first four games. Their dominant start consisted of a 16-7 win against St. Petes, an 18-1 victory over St. Joes, 17-2 win against St. Mark, and a 15-0 victory over Franco-Cite. The Lax team will continue their regular season play on May 9th against St. FX and May 13th against Mother Teresa at Minto Rec.
