Ready, Set... let's dance! The 7 & 8 Dance Club has started. The club welcomes anyone, from the beginner dancer to the experienced ones. During the year, the Dance Club students will learn Contemporary and Hip Hop dances. Although Hip Hop is a very well-known style of dance, Contemporary is less well known. Contemporary Dance is an expressive style of dance that combines elements of multiple dance styles including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. The dances will be choreographed by high school students. There was such great interest in this club that there is a waitlist. With such a large number of enthusiastic students, we are sure to have some fantastic performances!
